Navajo Technical University believes that a sound program of athletic activities can provide valuable opportunities for developing physical fitness and overall qualities of character and leadership. The athletic program seeks to enhance our athletes through education and competition that will stimulate a lasting positive attitude of discipline, dedication, sportsmanship, integrity, and leadership.
We believe students have a tremendous opportunity to participate in intercollegiate sports and are here to support and help our students achieve their academic and athletics goals.
Navajo Tech is a member of the U.S. Collegiate Athletics Association (USCAA), the U.S. Collegiate Archery Association (USCA), the the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association (NIRA).

Results from this past weekend for our NTU Rodeo Team at Mesalands College Rodeo October 14-15, 2016. Our team did not get points. Our team is working hard. This was the last rodeo for the Fall 2016 season. In the Spring 2017, our Rodeo Team will have 7 more rodeos.

Results From Our NTU Archery Team This Past Weekend
Results from this past weekend for our NTU Archery Team at the 3D Championship. NTU Placed 3rd in Team Recurve Combined Jared Tunney, Keanu Jones, and Shawn Francis.
NTU placed 1st Shawn Francis and 3rd Kenau Jones in Basic Bow. NTU placed 4th in Medal Standing at 3D Intercollegiate Archery Championship.

We want to thank all the volunteers and participants at our event. Our event went very well. This was Navajo Technical University's first Collegiate Cross Country event hosted in Crownpoint, New Mexico. NTU Men and Women teams placed 2nd in the meet. Congrats to both of the teams.
